Thanks so much Amy! I am interested in learning more about working with individuals who have scoliosis, also post natal women with Rectus Abdominus issues. I realise that individual cases vary but am looking for a broad view of these areas. Thank you again for taking the trouble to reply! Jo
Josephine...thank you! This helps a lot. You can refer to Kathy Corey (who is one of the distinguished teachers on this site) for many suggestions for scoliosis. Jillian Hessel is another as well as Madeline Black. We recently filmed a workshop with Madeline so stay tuned....it is wonderful, has many great exercises as well as 'tips' to consider. For post natal......Leah Stewart (visiting instructor on the site), Monica Wilson (a regular instructor who has a whole series for post natal) and Melissa Connolly all have wonderful classes to source. Yes, individual cases do vary, but these may be good places to start. Some of the above are workshops, some are classes. Take a look and let me know what else comes up for you. We strive to assist our members in any way we can and want this site to be a valuable source for your own practice, but your skills as a teacher as well. Good luck, let me know!
Thank you again for taking the trouble to reply!
