I am teaching pilates for 2 years now but still working on how to best describe the moves to individuals. Your explanations are extremely helpful to understand and draw attention to fine details. Thank you. One question: when doing single leg stretch, as I pull knee back to chest, is my leg leg parallel or should be kept in pilates stance?
