I completed this challenge about 1 year ago, it was actually the first challenge I ever did and it was what made me decide a subscription to Pilates Anytime was worth the price. I decided to re-do this challenge over the past 2 weeks and I found I enjoyed it immensely the 2nd time around. After more than a year using the app and practicing with a wide variety of teachers who use various methods I must say the barre approach is definitely one of my favorites. I underwent TKR 3 years ago and I began using Pilates to help me recover my core strength that took a beating in recovery. Today I’m 3 weeks away from my left knee TKR & I believe the barre techniques in this challenge as well as many others from other techniques I have tried on Pilates Anytime are going to be some I can use during this recovery. I just wanted to say thank you, Tracey, for keeping this challenge available and for your positive energy. It has truly helped me believe I am capable of continuing to do the things I love for my body no matter what obstacles I encounter.
