Wow...this was a GREAT class! Adrianna knows how to articulate and explain the movements well WHILE teaching them! She doesn't stop to explain, make apologies, forget side repetitions or waste time "correcting" the wayward student or two who's doing a movement incorrectly the way several of the other instructors do. She is a PROFESSIONAL and teaches a great, advanced class! I will be taking her other classes, for sure! Thank you and blessings xoxo
