I am loving this workout! Unfortunately the video was glitchy and wouldn't play all the way through for me? I don't think it's my internet connection....disappointing! I will try again...

Heather ~ I'm sorry you had problems with this video stopping. This is usually due to the internet connection. I recommend trying our Alternate Video Player which will allow you to choose a lower video quality. I find Medium works well.
