Omg! Abs! I did this on Wednesday and for the next two days I felt ab muscles I did not know I had. So here it is Sunday and the abs are finally starting to feel better but guess what.... I did it again. Great class! Thank you!
As usual I love Tracey's workouts and this one did not disappoint! I too had trouble with the bridges. It could have been that the dimensions of my reformer are different but I had to keep my head lifted and my hips low. Other than that problem I had, this was a good workout!
