This is amazing! I've been doing Level 2 classes for a long time and want to challenge myself more. Because of some inner ear issues I don't like standing on the Reformer right now for fear of losing my balance, but many 2/3 classes have standing work in them so I'm still intimidated by these... Need to work on that! However I'm so glad I found this class now to reeeeaaallyyyy challenge my strength and coordination as well as learn some advanced work! Will return to this often!
Also Sara I love how you structure workouts, deliberately opening everything up first and preparing the body for the range and challenge. So important for people with a sedentary lifestyle! Thanks!
Hi Sara, great class! Loved the hand position in semi-circle with closed fists pressing into the shoulder blocks. Is that a preference, or can you provide insight as to why someone might choose that hand position over the more traditional position of palms pressing into the blocks? Thanks!
