Thank you Kathryn. Great video! I'm still struggling to do a smooth rolling down and up with elbows wrap through. Can't wait to get better in this!
Bibi Do you have any other equipment you can work on? If not- pause in the toughest spot of the roll down first and pulse there for 10-30 pulses- scooping in and up and gradually build the strength of the way down and then the way up. Hope this helps!
This is an amazing class; making us to think of that all the exercises connected in a way; so this point of view makes the exercises easer to perform... you are an amazing teacher Kathryn...thank you

Loving this series so far! That Seal is not pretty the way I do it. How do you arrive on your scaps and pause there?

My bad, I thought this was a workout for students, not a resource for teachers. Clearly, it’s not a workout for students and should be labeled as such.
