I didn't really like this class - I loved it. ❤️ I liked the way you repeated some exercises through the challenge by just changing them a little by adding props I plan on repeating these classes for the month. I am so grateful! After being away from Pilates for a year this was the challenge I needed to come back to my body. I feel and see a change and that's what will keep me going. I set a goal for 30 minutes a day for 2018 and thanks to you I'm off to a great start! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Meredith!

I enjoyed this series and found it complementary to my regular Pilates practice, challenging me in areas I hadn't been working on consistently. The flow and gentle approach were lovely. I'll certainly be checking out some of your other classes. Thanks, Meredith!
