I am 3 years out from a knee replacement and Pilates has been a huge help to my recovery. I just found Pilates Anytime recently and I have been doing several videos a week and varying the instructors when I found this one today. Even though I did it before watching your 1st one in this series I know I will be coming back to this one to do again! Your instruction in this video was very helpful to me as I still don’t have all of my range of motion back but I believe if I keep working on these very precise movements I can reset my body.
