I found this by searching stretching & mat - and yippeee I found one of my favourite instructors! So stiff from morning swim then sitting at computer all day 🙄. . . thank you! You always make my day better Meredith!

Absolutely love this Meredith. Thank you for consistently impressing upon us the need to listen to our own bodies and love your gentle manner. I needed this after 2 hrs. of cycling followed by 2 hrs. oof pickleball.
