Just want to encourage all of you who loved this class 4 months ago to return. After months of loyalty to some of Meredith's other classes I've come back to this one with a renewed ability to concentrate. Maybe it's M's subtle and constant cues or maybe it's the rhythm of this class which moves like the waves out the window..In any case, if you loved it then I'm certain you'll love it again. Great way to measure one's growth in Pilates!
I've been taking many 30 and 40 min classes over the past months so a 60 min class like this one that continually flows fom one exercise to another is a reminder that pilates works on stamina and determination as well! I definitely need to make the time for longer sessions with you!
