This routine does not work on an Allegro II reformer. The foot strap is too long to effectively wedge your foot in for the side work on the short box (though this is an Allegro II flaw, not the instructor's). Also, the footbar on the Allegro II does not allow for upward pressure as is necessary for the forward lying short box work in this routine. I stopped watching at this point and did other work on my own to complete my workout.
I loved this class! Great flow and lengthening cues. I loved the choreography on the side sit ups and all of the arm/rotation variations for seated arm work.
