i loved this class!! but on the planks, it really hurts my wrists and im only 16, is there a particular reason? or am i not supporting my self correctly?

Sometimes pain in the wrists is a result of inflexibility in that area rather than lack of strength. The first thing I would suggest is really making sure that you are lifting and supporting your weight through your abdominal area and that your legs are active and strong. If that doesn't make a difference you could try rolling up your mat and making a little shelf for your wrists so the angle is less severe. Or, you could try balancing on your fists.
