Hi Michelle, glad you're back and working through your hamstring pull, ouch! Tips on improving this fun transition.... well, using your hands on the mat near hips when coming out of the roll to the stand will really help. Also, as quickly as you can, start transferring body weight forward when approaching the stand up part and aim your chest up and forward. Anything we can do to go 'forward and up' . Let me know how you do!!

first time I have got out of breath doing pilates. good feeling though.
Thanks Karen!!!!! YES.....we can get some cardio doing Pilates, it's possible!!
Loved how this still had all the movements and integrity of the Pilates work while adding more cardio emphasis. Great job Amy, nice to see something that doesn't compromise the work to "make it fit the fitness mold"
