Thank you Melissa Connolly for this great class. I have a question regarding deep squat. I heard that after 32 weeks if the baby head is not down, its better avoid deep squat. I want to make sure if its right or wrong. Thank you.
I LOVE this class. Only prenatal class I keep coming back to - been enough challenge throughout my pregnancy but I always feel safe and stable. The traditional focus on breath and body awareness often gets forgotten in pilates anytime classes, and is even more important during pregnancy with all the changes the body goes through.
