Thank you Meredith. Another great class. Like you I think single knee folds can be very challenging when done correctly without wobbling! One side definitely harder than the other too.
Thanks Meredith, this was perfect for me. My back is fine but I have osteoporosis near left hip and have not done any flexion for a while. I'm waiting on my appointment in a couple of weeks with an exercise physiologist at a bone clinic to find out what I can and can't do. I will be doing a 12 month program at the bone clinic but I also want to incorporate pilates that will work with that as well. My back felt stiff before doing this and now it feels great. I took it really slow and careful. Thanks again!
