This was a wonderful way to start my morning. I’m ill with a head cold and my body felt really ‘sticky’ from a bad night sleep. This has really helped to wake it up with the gentleness and ease needed today. Thank you so much Karen, your one of my favourite instructors here ☺️
Thank you for this video. It is helpful to do before regular classes and in the morning. I will also use it before I go to sleep to relax my body. This way, I will get a better sleep.
