Joined for the live classes when released and have repeated the series many times since then. The progression between the classes is so thoughtful, the cues are clear, and Victor makes the challenges fun. I especially appreciate the stretches throughout. Thank you Victor (and PilatesAnytime) - this series is such a gift.
