Kristi Cooper and Brent Anderson share some of the highlights from the 2013 Polestar Life Conference in San Diego, California. At the conference, they worked on bringing back the spirit to the mind/body/spirit connection in Pilates. Not only did they have amazing guests and speakers, but they were able to raise over $14,000 in an auction for the Special Olympics in the San Diego region.

In this episode, we'll show highlights from the 2013 Pollstar life international conference held over the summer in San Diego, California. Take a look. [inaudible] [inaudible] [inaudible] I've never been to a Pollstar conference. I'm hugely inspired and I just want to know how you're feeling at the end of the weekend here. One word, one word, one word fulfilled. Yeah. It's exceeded all of my expectations. Everything from the speakers, the people who joined us, and most, especially the event we did for special Olympics.

We had a goal of raising $5,000 to donate to the local chapter of the special Olympics. And at the end of the day, we're well over almost $14,000 now that we'll be donating. So it's really exciting to think that an organization as small as ours, good provides a nice gift to the lawful Jacqueline [inaudible]. [inaudible].
