Hi, I'm Jillian Hessel. Welcome to Active Aging. As a baby boomer, one of my biggest goals is to maintain the healthy, active lifestyle that I love as I age. If this is your goal too, then you've come to the right place. I've designed this program to challenge your strength and flexibility, mobility and balance, using a variety of Pilates props and apparatus.

We hope that these classes will help you to build your confidence as you move through all the daily activities that you love. I can't wait for you to join me.
