Just what I needed today, great class, really loved the arm exercises early in the class!…and the standing was great for my balance, at least now I know I can do it!!!!.will keep this one in my rotation for sure…Thank-You Tracey…..
This was super challenging as my legs (1 in particular) are weakened due to a knee injury several months ago. I had to modify a few exercises, but I certainly feel the burn. Great shoulder and back work also. Thank you!
