Great video, Dr. Won! I wish that you would give some adaptations for those of us who aren't quite there yet, though. I can't remember what to do if I can't do the Teaser. Also, would you please add how far apart our feet should be to your future vids? Thank you!

In the Classical Pilates Mat DVD this Lady does Teaser 4. Anyone who has not observed it should do so, her control and quality of technique is outstanding. Wonderful quality.
