I like how there a lot of things I could use with beginners but def stuff that is advanced too- what would be your go to flow for beginners on the tower incorporating the spine corrector? Thanks!!
Elizabeth D thank you. I don't teach 'flows', I teach traditional exercises that help build skills and deepen connections. For beginners, spinal articulation is always important so I choose exercises that include this element. I also make sure to include lateral flexion, spinal rotation and extension.
