Thanks so much everyone! I think I'm known on the site for being precise, slower mover, methodical teacher etc. but I love a good, flowing, articulated workout too. Glad you all enjoyed this class, as well as the fun we like to have here at PA!
Just took this class for the second time and enjoyed it at least as much as the first one. I know i'll be getting back to it again and again for many good reasons : 1. My spine loves it; 2. I can easily squeeze a 20 mn workout between two activities/classes; 3. I love Amy's teaching style and creativity... Thanks :)
