The only thing "deliberate" about this class was Sara's awesomely deliberate efforts to create a fun,challenging, beautifully executed class. The pace was far more animated than the deliberate rating it was given though!

I took the class again today and thought of a new pace rating. Not deliberate...not moderate. Dynamic!

Each time I am doing this class (it's on my favourite liste, of course!), I think there should be more such flowing classes with fluid transitions. Can't you offer us another one for Xmas?!
