I am certified in all equipment and have been teaching for about 10 years, I do continuing education every year with different certification centers, I am passionate about my pilates and yoga practice, also I am a certified hatha yoga instructor, 200 RYI, I have dreams and plans and hope to pursue my IT certification in both pilates and yoga. Rehab clients challenge me, wich leads me to educate my self constantly. Its a beautiful journey:)
