I am passionate about helping women find strenghth, balance and beauty. I use physical and metaphysical exercises to assist my clients with body awareness. I founded the Body Awareness Pilates Studio in Atlanta GA 1993. We are the GA Host site for Balanced Body Teacher training. We combine Compassion and expertise to develop conscious Pilates instructors. I am also a Creation Life Coach guiding people into their hearts to use Divine Love to transform their lives.
