I enjoy Pilates and other exercises to keep myself ton and fit.
I work out every day from Monday to Friday 6:00am to 8:00am. Rest on Saturday and work again on Sunday either in the morning or afternoon at 4pm onwards.
I have my own pilates instructor whom coach me every Wednesday and Friday at her own pilates reformer studio.
