Iam Pilates Studio owner in Bonn Germany,it is first Studio with all machines.I love my training on the the machines. I love teaching and iam always happy to see the the progression of my clients after a short time.I did my educations by Polestar and iam a cetified Polestar Studio and Reformer Instructor.Iam born in an Dance familie with their own school,so i start with Ballet.Later iam Dancer and teacher for many dance stils like:Jazz Dance,African,Hip Hop,Belly,Creative Dance.I love moving.
