Description

This class by Pilates Veteran Tom McCook is as fluid as his cues are. Begin with a lumbar warm up which seems to set the tone for the whole work out, then let Tom artfully guide you through a well balanced work out that focuses on clarity of movement and stability of the hip joint.

I've been quietly enjoying the PA classes for a few months now, and have been very impressed with much of the instruction, but after seeing that you've now brought in Tom McCook, I had to break the silence and say: Thank you so much!!!! This has been such a lovely addition to my Pilates practice! :)
