Sherri, thank you for sharing this important information so skillfully! Your exercise selection and cueing for alignment are very helpful. I hadn't thought of using the Pilates Pole for resistance before. It's so practical and effective especially with the issues of scope of practice so often in my mind 'which hat am I wearing - PT (student) vs Pilates Instructor'.
I've been using the muscle energy corrections for myself since I learned them in PT school and the techniques work wonders.
