Elizabeth D Lovely messages, thank you! 🙏 Puppy Paw I use alot as it's so useful for reducing hip flexor load as you say, but also for both hip joint/femur positioning, low abdominal engagement, and allowing the pelvis/torso to lengthen and sit well. But sometimes I will use other hold positions for different reasons as well so it's not an 'always' choice. But definitely a fave. And it fits well with the Calm & Centred approach. I'm so glad you like it too! 😊
This was just what I needed. I loved pulling straps (without pulling straps!) as well as the lower foot bar position for footwork. Creative and really got a great workout. Thanks!
