This one is a little hard.. I am still struggling with the rolling back.. And the plank moves were a little challenging, couldn't do all of them.. But I loved the fast moves.. And I feel my core is stronger than the begging of the challenge, I am actually enjoying the rolling up moves now. Can't wait for tomorrow.. I love the fitness ball 💖♥️🎉
Sara , Tell me what you mean with rolling back. Are you speaking of rolling like a ball or rolling up and down on the mat. Maybe I can help. Also, give yourself a break for not being able to do all the moves! I've been doing Pilates for 20 years and this one was tough for me too. You are doing amazing and will only get better!!
Sara, try bending your knees and kick the legs to roll over and find the above position. Then roll slowly down with straight legs. This will help your back find the flexibility to roll over with straight legs. Please keep me posted!!
Thanks- this one was pretty challenging for me. I have a piriformis/hamstring injury to I had to really modify or skip some moves. I've learned not to push through the pain.
