Thank you Rachel for this in depth look at these important moments. These make so much sense. The question is how do you know when to start developing these in your average client?

Thank you Rachel such clear and precise cueing to help align the body so that it moves where and how you want. Question: is the pelvis in retroversion during leg pull and double leg stretch?

By the way..... Would be great to see the whole line up of the mat class and its transitions and learn why. Great topic for a workshop.
Thanks once again
I do this immediately but only as the client can understand and take in. So intermittently. Thanks!

I am still enthralled by transitions!! So full of often un-mined diamonds! So valuable for real life as well as Pilates workouts growing richer in body, mind and therefore , spirit, yum
I loved this!!! So important for keeping mindful and as well:)
Where is that reformer class where you initiated with hips? Can't find it--That is a lovely wonderful class! My hips and lower back felt wonderful. It also helped connect me and clients so deeply and quickly. Also helped 100 % with eliminating knee hyperextension. Thank you so much again and again Rachel for all your inspiration!!!
Loved this & want more....loved how the mat is all tied together so in effect it's all one progressive exercise from start to finish. And I agree -
would love to see more! One question though - I thought we were going from Spine Stretch Forward to Open Leg Rocker to Corkscrew (not Jackknife). thank you thank you
