Another great Amy workout! I truly appreciate the variety of classes you offer Amy. It's always fresh and interesting, not to mention challenging. I love changing props, doing different mat and reformer classes, etc. Your instruction is always right on target with modifications as necessary and a lot of times, specific to something I need help with.
