Dear Kristi, I loved this class!
It was about 2012 when I started my BASI matwork Pilates teacher training in Munich; I love finding again the flow, intensity and energy of this type of workout!
It's always an inspiration to take one of your classes, as it was learning back then using manuals illustrated with your pictures:). Thanks for bringing so much joy and humour into your teaching, too!
