Thank you Karen Clippinger for this workshop. I’ve got shoulder impingement myself (from playing tennis), and I found it super helpful. You’re absolutely right that physio gives you specific exercises, mainly targeting the IR and ER of your rotator cuff. But I knew there was more I needed to do. Especially since I’ve got scoliosis. I did all the exercises during the workshop, with a few modifications. I don’t have a reformer at home, so I had to make some adjustments. But I can honestly say that my shoulder feels much better now. Thanks again for this amazing session!
I am so glad that you found the workshop valuable and you had such rapid results. Thank you for your kind comments and just remember to keep up at least the basic 4 or 5 exercises 2-3x per week even after the pain goes away to help prevent recurrence. Later, 1x per week may work for maintenance.
