I have at least 8 Pilates students who play pickleball and they have all had injuries. I do start with standing dynamic total body warm ups and I will add some of yours. I also include wrist and forearm strengthening and stretching because some of the pickleball injures included pickleball elbow or lateral epicondylitis. Shoulder warm up is important and you made yours fun by add the racket. Love the skipping! Our fast twitch muscle fibers need explosive movements to keep them strong and ready for everyday life and especially for those playing pickleball. Your have lots of relevant and fun movements. Absolutely love this! Pilates keeps me able to play with degenerative disk disease and the loss of cartilage in my knee. So good to combine pilates and racket sports. Thank you !
