What a treat!! I loved the intentional, slow movement!! Going into my favorites! Question: On the push through bar when you go to one spring I used a red but what differences would there be if I used a blue? Thank you for your amazing classes!

Cindy K Thank you for your thoughtful comment! 1 Red vs 1 Blue spring on the PTB won't make a huge difference. The lighter spring would make the Spine Stretch exercise a bit easier, but it would make the core work and Teaser more challenging. I've tried both options and think either one works!
