I recently saw the OPTP Pelvic Rocker and believe it could be helpful to my husband. I am wondering if anyone has any experience with it and if the movements can be well duplicated using a ball or if it is a one of a kind item that can be helpful. I’d appreciate any input anyone can give me. Thanks in advance!
Lori ~ The movements of the OPTP Pelvic Rocker can be replicated using a ball as it provides support, challenges dynamic stability, and helps target inner core muscles, like the pelvic floor and transverse abdominis. A ball won't provide the same support and guidance as compared to the Pelvic Rocker for Pelvic tilts, clock or v-sit, and is harder to use while seated. I hope this helps!
