SI Joint

Hello, looking for some tips/ advice on working with a client that has SI joint dysfunction.. We had our first session last week and she said she feels great but I am always open to suggestions, Thanks

Hi Jodie, That's great your client already feels good after their session. I recommend working with your client on exercises that stabilize the pelvis. Using props around or in between the legs will help reinforce stabilization and allow you to see any asymmetry. Also, avoid any overextension of the lumbar spine.
