Hi, Ive been using this website for nearly 12 months no problem. I have not logged on for about 2 months. I can not play any of the videos. checked my subscription , all is in order. I click on the video, it loads with black screen, then all goes white and nothing. can you help?

The company that hosts all of our videos, Brightcove, had a power outage for their video server for the East Coast on Saturday and so that is why the Pilates Anytime members on the East Coast have been having video problems. I suggest restarting your computer or refreshing the Pilates Anytime page. Videos also seem to be working better if you watch them using AUTO-DETECT. I hope this helps but Brightcove told us that everything should be working fine now so you may just need to reset your connection to the servers by refreshing or restarting.

I Have the same problem as Heather! Did 'restart' already, but the screen remains white on HD level. Just works on auto, but in terrible quality. Up to yesterday there was no problem watching all lessons in HD. So what has happened? its no fun like this :(

Im having some trouble too!
I can view a video in low quality for about 15 min and then it just stops. Ive tried to restart, reload, auto detect...

What to dooo ?

Chris~ the videos have been playing fine on our end today so I am afraid the problem is probably at your end. It sounds like your internet connection is having a hard time today, as that would be why the Auto-Detect video quality would be poor. Does Low quality work for you too? If you have wireless I would see if your router is working properly. If you continue to have problems, please email contact@pilatesanytime.com
