for some reason starting on Sun 9/16 I am not able to get any of the classes to play. I click on a class and it just comes up blank. I've tried on 3 different computers all w/same result.. other videos play fine, such as instructor bios, youtube videos, etc. (and flashplayer is up to date). any help would be greatly appreciated.. thanks, penny
Same thing is happening to me. I cannot get any of the videos of the classes. I noticed it starting 1 day ago. I have also tried other computers with no luck.
The company that hosts all of our videos, Brightcove, had a power outage for their video server for the East Coast on Saturday and so that is why the Pilates Anytime members on the East Coast have been having video problems. I suggest restarting your computer or refreshing the Pilates Anytime page. Videos also seem to be working better if you watch them using AUTO-DETECT. I hope this helps but Brightcove told us that everything should be working fine now so you may just need to reset your connection to the servers by refreshing or restarting.
Hello I've tried to log into pilates any time which is fine but when I want to watch any vido it come up a blank. I have tried my laptop and powered off my computers but no results. Can you please help me?
Hi! I'm having the same problem as Azita above. Have just been getting a blank screen for two days now and having major withdrawals. ;( Please help us get to the bottom of this. Thanks!
Hello ~ I'm having the same troubles as Azita and Ayse above. The video simply goes to a blank white screen, I noticed it in the afternoon yesterday 3/2/13 and it's the same today. Please help, thanks!
During my 15 day trial I watched videos with no problem. Now for the last 2-3 weeks, every time I try to play a video it just stops and starts or just hangs. I am playing it on my tv through my PS3. I am using auto-detect, (on low it is just a blank screen). Videos will play perfectly on my desktop computer, but I need it to work on the tv. Again, it worked just fine initially, and nothing has changed in the way that I connect to the internet. I am so discouraged I am ready to cancel my membership.
