I haven't been able to see the entire spanish video or the end of Alisa Wyatt's video and it has happened with others but I don't remember which ones. . . possibly Amy Havens (?) video.

Had my FOURTH plug in failure during Meredith's theraband classs this morning. Working off a brand new Toshiba laptop and the same internet connection I've used on this site for nearly 2 years so need guidance ASAP

yes, it reports that flash plug in has crashed

With some videos like Cathy Corey's or Brend Anderson's, I'm not able to see them up to the end. they stop in the middle. what can I do?

Chris ~ This is a summary of message I just sent you.

When the video starts and stops it can generally be due to two reasons:
1. The video files being downloaded are larger than the capacity of the Internet connection.
Or
2. The computer is running many programs or processes and can not process the video quickly.

To solve the first we suggest trying the Low quality video (which is selected directly below the video player).

To solve the second we suggest restarting the computer which clears away all the processes that are running and slowing down the computer.
