Love it Gia! Thanks for all the great tips. I'm heading Down Under in August & wont forget my props!
I have started traveling with balls and a Theraband. if I have room, I also take a mat and foam roller. I prefer Yoga Tune-Up balls to tennis balls as they have more grip and I like how you can put two together in a bag. The Overball is my latest purchase and I'll take it on my next trip.
I put a foam roller in my bag with my skis for ski trips! A must before getting on the slopes.
