Just re-visiting this video for a fellow Pilates Instructor friend of mine who has hyper mobile joints. She practices a lot of planks to use the whole chain of her body, then I got the idea that we could advance it into a handstand for her. This progression is perfect!!! Thank you!!!
Thank you very much for great inputs on doing handstand! Besides Pilates I do Yoga. Doing handstand for me is not an issue of strength but of fear to keel over. Supported by the ladder barrel like this, could do the trick...
