A little wider then a traditional Pilates Stance (2-3 inches between big toes) or as far apart as you can place them while still managing to have your baby toe on the bar. Hope that helps!:)
When you go from the leg work to arms, you didn't say what the reduction in springs should be
A second camera would have helped. We can't see what the angles at the hips knees ankles toes ribs look like from the front.
