Elizabeth ~ I am so grateful for what you offer here I can hardly say. You are part anatomy book, part technician, part comedian (a big part!) and all Master. I laughed out loud 20 times and learned so much about my body taking this class. Thank you so much for all the splendid parts that make up the brilliant teacher that you are.

Hello Cali Teter, I hope you have been enjoying your Pilates Arc. Thank you so much for requesting the Foot Corrector class. In response, I filmed a Foot Festival for Pilates Anytime on Sunday, Feb.10. The one- hour plus class includes many moves with no props, then introduces a variety of props culminating in the Foot Corrector and the Functional Footprints. Each prop is introduced with a few moves. As you can appreciate an entire workshop can be devoted to the Foot Corrector. We look forward to your feedback on the Foot Festival. All the best to you!

The best value for money classes on PA!!! Elizabeth always inspires me, makes me think and more importantly laugh!!! We can get a little too serious in our teaching but I love the way Elizabeth can inject humour! And last but not least thank you for giving additonal anatomy knowledge! It's great when an instructor passes on what they know rather than just cuing . Thank you.
