One of the best, well cued workouts on Pilates Anytime. Karen offers small adjustments that resonate with classes. She teaches at a pace where you get get good instruction at a pace that doesn't make you give up out of boredom.
There is no setup or preparation for this class, it just jumps right on into the workout. After 10 minutes of stopping a few times to set the springs up, I decided to just give up on this one. I feel like the instructor could at least take the time to advise on the setup/preparation at the very beginning.
